In which I have no one to blame but myself

The last sprint of every year before we go on winter break is devoted to engineering pet projects. This year my goal was code cleanup: phpcs linting of the codebase and identifying all the @todo statements so they can be handled by the developer who wrote them.

I found a code snippet on Stack Overflow that greps for some string and returns the git blame info for that line. Unfortunately, it looks like about 50% of the @todo statements were written by me. Ugh.
